Andalusia's cabinet approves €1.2 billion irrigation plan for Doñana fringe, overriding UNESCO warning

Editor's note

«This week we are watching a regional cabinet override its own UNESCO commitment, a health service fracture in public, and the first drought order of the year. None of these stories broke on a wire — they came from tip-line submissions, court filings, and a correspondent on the ground. That is the work.»
